After many hours of work from various groups including the community, Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), our firefighters, Captains and Commissioners we have combined all of the information into our 2009-2014 Strategic Plan.  This plan will be used to guide us through the upcoming years,  providing direction on achieving goals for our community, department and personnel.
